Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Initiate the return request within 5 business days from the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear or alteration.
- Return all accessories, tags, labels, and manuals in their original condition.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, such as personal care items, intimate apparel, or perishable goods.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Use the in-app Refund and Return Request process. Provide the reason for the return and any supporting documentation or photos, if applicable.
- Contact the seller first to expedite response and resolution times before escalating the Refund and Return Request.
- Our Customer Support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, labels, and manuals.
- Ship the item back to the designated address within 3 business days of receiving the RAN.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued by crediting the Buyer's Wallet.
Please note that any shipping fees or associated costs incurred during the purchase and return process are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
